Full game Wynne, but no Randall, as Charleston draw 1-1 at Miami FC.

Rare start for Zwetsloot and off at 62 mins (2-0) in a 2-0 win for Pittsburgh over Detroit City. He was in the midfield.

Dyer with the assist for Tulsa's 2nd goal in a 3-2 win over Hartford Athletic. Full game for the ex AW.

Forward Madison draw 2-2 away to Brotherton's old USL club North Carolina. Not a great homecoming for Sam B though. On at HT (FM up 2-0), and sent off off only 9 mins later. Straight red. Won't help his chances at all of getting more playing time, with FM.

Chattanooga lose 4-2 away to Tormenta. Brady an unused sub.
Chatta had their GK sent off in the first half.

Whitecaps II lose 0-1 Portland Timbers II. Full game Linder

Zweetsloot starts for Pittsburgh, but it's not going well as the home team trail 0-2 early in the 2nd half.
Edit - Pittsburgh lose 1-3. Zweetsloot off at 62 mins (0-2), his replacement with Pittsburgh's goal. At least the Kiwi did better than 3 of his team mates who all got dragged off at HT.

Missed it initially, and it looked as though it was only a cameo appearance, in fact he's already left again...

Recently Thomas Raimbault returned to a familiar stomping ground in Canada where he made three appearances for the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy side who turn out in League 1 British Colombia.

Looks as though he's headed back state side already though in preparation for the college season in Wisconsin after being picked up from UCLA.

Youngster Lachlan Fay and his Lionsbridge FC side (Chesapeake Champions) are off to the USL2 final next weekend against Ballard FC (North West Champions) to be played in Seattle.

Lachy came on in extra time in today's semi final (1-1), and ultimately had his penalty saved in the shootout. Didn't matter though, as they went on to win 4-3. 

Good experience for the lad as I'm pretty sure it was his first season stateside (Carlin please confirm) The final **should** be on YouTube on Sunday as well.

Heartbreak as Lionsbridge concede in added time to go down 2-1. Both sides finished the game with 10 men as well. Looked a feisty encounter.

Fay came on just after the hour mark and had a great chance to make his mark in about the 85th minute when his shot from the edge of the box slid agonisingly wide of the post.

No Zwetsloot for Pittsburgh, who lead 2-0 early doors.
Edit - bit of a dramatic game. Pittsburgh (1st in the East) cruising at 3-0 up at 78 mins. Then in 8 mins last placed Hartford score 3 goals, only for their dreams to be crushed as Pittsburgh grab a 4th goal at 88 mins for a 4-3 away win. 

Had hoped this might be a bit of a breakout season for 23 yr old Zwetsloot, and he might even be capable of the jump up to the MLS. But from afar that seems far from the case. Only 6 starts this USL season, from 26 Pittsburgh matches. He really hasn't got his career going again post that bad ACL injury. Prior he looked promising for Des's U19/20s in 2019.

No Dyer for Tulsa. Out with an 'upper body injury'.

Don't know. But he's with the U23s in Auckland now, so presumably he's been fit for at least the last week or so.

Was MOTM on I think his USL debut for Charleston, so at a guess he may have been out with injury for a time. Charleston though are travelling pretty well being 3rd in the Eastern Conference - so he may just now be struggling to crack their match day squad. Last featured for them om 1st July.

Statement from Andrew Vassiliadis regarding the San Diego Loyal organisation folding at the end of this current season. 😪

Perhaps a contributing factor as to why Kyle Adams jumped ship to Louisville a month or so back? 

Ramifications in this one for one too for Elliot Collier who will be on the hunt for a new club in a couple of months time.
