Canberra Bid Shaping Up...

The reason why there is a Wellington team and not a Canberra team is because your pissant little town didn't make a bid or put up the money to have one.  When the FFA needed bailing out of an embarrassing situation Terry Serepisos was there, not you and your bandwagon jumping mates.

f**k I'm getting tired of Australians re-writing history.

I believe he's retaliating to the numpty comments from Canberra's head man Mr Slavich.

Wellington is the capital of New Zealand and this is an Australian League competition," Slavich said. "I don't want to say anything bad about the Wellington guys but we are the capital of Australia.

"They are putting a second team in Melbourne and there is this massive area in the national capital and surrounding region with no representation. There is strong support for football here. There is strong grassroots.

"We have an international-rated stadium. We have the money. We have our act together. We tick every box. What else do we have to do?"

What a clown!!!!

Wonder if he gives it a saucer of milk before he goes to bed?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.
