 Signed up for the 7k last night. 

Just hope my ankle bork isn't long term.  Should never have run on it last night.

Going to test my four month old  knees this weekend with a good long walk. If they stand up to it ok will be in for the Walk.

My knee has been hating my first week of training, ridiculously sore to walk on today. Think I may have damaged something...

Now that there's a few of us from the Fever doing it, would it be worthwhile starting a Yellow Fever 'team'? I recall being asked if I was part of a team when I registered, but have no idea how it works in practice.
