I've probably failed here horrendously but where does one purchase tickets?  I read they came on sale October 8 but they weren't on Ticketek and that's really the only ticketing agency I know of.

Also, any word on when the 2nd announcement will be made?

Edit: Ah, ticketmaster.  Still curious about when 2nd announcement is to be made.
