There actually is no year zero; our calendar goes straight from 1 BC to 1 AD.

Some of us are old enough to have actually gone to that World Cup and still have the hangovers to prove it

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Respect.

I was 11... but it was the catalyst for me to stop getting the crap beaten out of me whilst chasing an egg shaped object around Fraser Park, amongst other such notable stadia... lol

If there's a good bandwagon then I'm on it!!!

And two years later I was on a pitch (well, inside a trotting track actually) with Kevin Keegan - before he became a sh*te coach lol

Nah, it was some Coca-Cola sponsored UK based skills programme that was being run for U-16's or something if I remember correctly (which i probably don't, it was a loooong time ago) some of us got invited to a thing at Hutt Park and we had a run around with him... can't really remember much else... I never really fancied  the 'pool lol

Though for some reason I do have an ingrained memory of him running around all of us whilst juggling the ball on his head... that, and the fact that he wasn't much taller than most of us lol

That wasn't the ball, Surge. That was his hair!!

Ah, the good old days when the the curly perm was compulsory headwear for all footie players. Memories.

Too true Jag - I shouldn't call it juggling, as the ball never lost touch with a part of his body/hair at any stage throughout the six minute display lol
