I'm not against protests against national sports teams, but I don't think this is a good one. I'm extremely for the cause behind it (trying to stop Israeli crimes), but not this particular course of action.
This is one individual lady. She is really playing as more of an individual than a 'nation'. If it was a Davis Cup tie, a protest would be more warranted. I mean, what do they think this lady is going to do? Sit at home, never travel and not be a professional tennsi player because of Israeli crimes? That's not going to achieve anything for anyone, except stuff her life up. Usually different for a National sporting team. Also, the protests against this girl coming here can seem like a personal attack on her. So a tactically bad protest me thinks.
