Northern Ireland in the Irish League.
 
Liechtenstein in Switzerland, failing that France.
 
Would the rest be Balkan teams.  Like teams from Kosovo in the Serbian league or whatever?

Are Berwick a Northern English team playing in the lower Scottish leagues.
 
No idea about the last one, I'm going to hazard a guess that it's something to do with one of the Balkan leagues.
