Ok, so this may be an over reaction, but here goes. I listen to Holmes on ZB in the morning, and he invites the little man to come over and chat about the sport etc, Veitch comments "Who's excited about the All whites going to the Olympics this year" and Holmes in his rugby loving wisdom begins this football bashing rant.......blah blah boring, we are just going to get beaten etc etc.....now its not like I care but seriously how can Radio NZ support such crap on the radio - I mean the fact that we qulaified is awesome, sure we have a tough draw but if we are competitive I'd rate the perfomance better than the All Blacks and their 6th place finish. I dunno, thinking about emailing Holmes and telling him to pull his head out of his arse.....

You can e-mail him but it wont make him change his stance. Paul Holmes suffers greatly from "Short Man's Syndrome".

The problem was the poison dwarf's (Veitch) questioning.  "Ryan Nelsen, football, Olympics, do we care?"  Then the next hour he's slobbering all over Nelsen!!!!!  (Who by the way, wants to go Beijing)...Veitch...the most unfunny, f**king, sport groupie, turd, in NZ...who wanks over Rugby League stars.  It's all a 'little' bizzare.
