For the last two months I've been running in the background of my laptop some software from BOINC. I've been running the programme off and on since May 1999. It's to do with SETI - Search for Extra Terrestial Intelligence. Anyway, it's fee and you get a cool screensaver. You download blocks of information and during your downtime or in the background, your CPU crunches the data looking for any anomilies. This gets uploaded to SET Home
Now I've noticed that they have indiviidual users but also teams where a group of people all have their computers doing the searching but under a banner name. perhaps we should do a Team Phoenix FC group?
Anyway check the site out, who knows, you maybe the first person to identify ET.
