Seems a fair swap for the Black n' Gold Remix I now have on mine which I have to say I remain unconvinced about.

Thanks Sleeper

Not a fan of the static background in the first one but totally loving the second one esp the way it sounds like Taiko drumming getting louder and louder

This sounds like a lot of stuff I'd be listening to in clubs around the early 90's.

Are they a new outfit? I must admit the 2nd track is fairly awesome though.

Vickmeist came in and almost "offered me out" when I was playing track 2. I always liked music that promotes an angry or pissed off response in people.ForteanTimes2010-04-29 18:14:17

I've really been thrashing the F**k Buttons album Tarot Sport recently.

The Lisbon Maru

Olympians

Both these tracks are just f**king epic.

can someone tell the blonde (me) how do i link track not showing the whole addy but jst showing one word like you guys do

anyway... one of my faves on my player
Kraddy - Andorid Porn  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNmovKozk5M

and since you put up f**k Buttons then I guess I can put up this - was a little unsure about putting swearing on the all ages forum and feel free to remove if it a little over the top

I'm more into noise weirdness - Fennesz, Yellow Swans, the excellent latest album Tarot Sport from f**k Buttons, Black Dice etc.

I like tautologies because I like them.

F*ck Buttons? Soft and new agey? Outrageous!

OK, so they're not hardcore drum & bass but they're not f**king Animal Collective either.

Admittedly most of their songs take about 10 minutes and start quietly but I love the way they slowly build layers of guitar fuzz, stabs of synthesizer and digital beeps into a climactic explosion of sonic beauty.

Each to their own though, eh?.

By the way, if you want to do the nice looking links you need to make sure you have checked "Enable Forum Codes to format post" below the reply box. Then you click on "Forum Codes" and copy and paste the one you want into your reply. A link, for instance, should look like the one below until you edit the URL and what you want to appear on the screen (the name of the song, for instance).

[ URL=http://www.myWeb.com]My Link[/URL]

PS. I added a space between "[" and "URL" in this one so it doesn't actually think it's a link.

I like Glitch but more along the lines of Ezekiel, Edit, Kraddy and Matsibushi. And I like jazz and blues and all types of music but ambient jst doesnt push my buttons. I go out pretty much 50 weekends a year simply to dance to drum & bass or hard house. love dancing myself into the ground

I'd rather go to Sensation Black than the world cup tho keep it to yourself

As long as we're talking about avant-garde noise weirdness what about our very own Birchville Cat Motel, Black Boned Angel and Our Love Will Destroy The World? - all the brainchild of Campbell Kneale. He lives in Wellington I think, but is way better known outside NZ than here.

Birchville Cat Motel

Black Boned Angel

Our Love Will Destroy The World

Good interview with the man here if you are interested.

Cheers - yeah I like BCM. That Black Boned Angel piece sounds a lot like Sun 0))) to me, which isn't a bad thing. Love the OLWDTW piece.

Have you heard Yellow Swans' At All Ends? so rad.
