Here is how it goes.
To distract Mr. Incredible from the temptations of life.
I have challenged him to a fat off.

The object is to be the first one to lose 15kg. There is no time limit.

Each week. The person who loses the least amount of weight has to buy the winner a drink at the next Phoenix game.
And the first person to reach the 15kg loss. Gets a jug and the Loser gets to wear a pretty dress to the following Phoenix game.

Now. I am into it and have already been for a 4km run on the first day of the challenge. But Mr. Incredible isn't so into it. And seems to be alright with the idea of wearing a dress.

My question is..
What else do you think the loser should be made to do as a form of punishment.
Ive posted on here because it will have to take place before, after or at a Phoenix game. So many of you may see. Because, that is the only time myself and him are around that many people. Obviously.

Its up on twitter if you are keen to follow.

How much do each of you weigh currently?

Three for me, and two for them.

I am at 83.3kg
Dan is at 88kg

Funny how that went larger than my weight..Stefan2010-08-31 18:28:00

The loser should have to stand outside the turnstiles on game day wearing a sandwich board or holding a big sign that says something like "Phoenix Suck" and see how much abuse they get.

Jesus.

You're both 20+kg heavier than me.

Three for me, and two for them.

I'm surprised Mr Incredible is only 5kg heavier?

My BMI is 29. Normal is 20-25.
And according to the Hardy's health store print off.
73.0 is considered heavy. God knows what that makes us.

Tommorrow we are going to use the same scales to measure. To get the exact difference.

15kg? that is going to be very tough. If you're going for fast weight loss I suggest a low carb diet, no beer and go running wearing black rubbish bags (more effective if quite hot and longer than 4km).

Fuck this stupid game

Can't beat the Pulp Sport punishment of the loser having to enjoy the game with a bag over their head. In a dress, of course.

Im only 1.69m

That result hurt the most

so instead of losing weight, you should just grow taller

seriously though, that doesn't sound heavy

I did a workout with a bodybuilding buddy on sat and he's the same height as me - round 1.65m but he weighs about 120kg at the mo and isn't finished prepping. i doubt i cd find any fat to pinch on him. It's really all relative

And Stefan... if you'd come to the ball on Sat night you cd have danced off some extra kilos

Liking this black rubbish bags idea. Will sweat the kg's away.

It works, boxers do it when trying to get under a weight division in a hurry. Not exactly pleasant though.

I endorse this idea. Would be f**kin cruel if it was a finals game like the one against Perth last season.

Doesn't the beer/jugs as weekly prizes defeat the purpose of this fat off?el grapadura2010-08-31 20:06:57

I lost about 17kg recently mainly by running about 4 times a week plus various other things randomly.

Oh, and football on saturdays.

Agree with 2 other suggestions.. the loser turns up in a pretty yellow dress and holds up a "Phoenix Suck" sign.. then they have to wear a bag over there heads for the game. That would be the ultimate punishment!

make it a dress decorated Gold Coast United style and I think it's a perfect idea

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that neither of you will lose 15kg.  In fact, I reckon that if neither of you do by the end of the season, then both of you have to wear a dress.
