Watch your step here Berdych.  I need under 39.5 games and you're starting to bottle it.

Berdych is a bottler, those bets can be horrible sometimes but 39.5.... Anderson is just a crappier version of Berdych, nice job

Djokovic absolutely fucked Ferrer up there. Hard to look past him to win the whole thing.

Federer-Murray should be a good semi nonetheless.

Easy draw so far for Murray so he goes in as favourite, I will be in camp Federer though. I agree that Djokovic is the one to beat.

Murray leading 5-3 in 1st set.

I can't put my finger on it, but I really dislike Andy Murray for some reason.

Most people put it down to the lack of personality.

I don't know. Personally I think Murray has far more personality than Federer or Nadal, who are both so dull. Murray's personality is one of a miserable Scot.

Good work from Murray to grind down Federer. Federer to just be a grass specialist from now on?

Djokovic v Murray final = the new school of tennis.

Come on Djokovic.

Murray definitely had the edge in schedule and rest, so I don't think Fed's just a specialist now, I think he just didn't have the elements in his favour last night. Go Djokovic!

what is it with the female tennis players and their grunting.  It's bloody annoying.  At least Li Na is as quiet as a mouse.  Hope she wins it for the non-grunters.

Funny you say that because one of the major themes leading up to the semi in the British press was that Federer had the edge in schedule as all his games were in the cooler night air, versus Murray's matches all being scheduled during the hotter day.

Hmm I guess that's a valid point, but Murray's games were against far easier opponents, so I'm not sure which is more important.
Certainly could see Murray winning tonight, but my pick is Novak in 4.

Was it the one by Mark Reason? I thought he made some ridiculous statements, Djokovic is the best player ever? Just surpassing Nadal? Far far too early in his career to make those statements.

Federer is the greatest player ever. Nadal is the greatest clay court player ever.

Djok (and i love him) has a long way to go before he's in Federer's league.

Three for me, and two for them.

had a great chance to make it 18 this weekend given other results and injuries

Instead we will have a new champion on the Mens side, 2 in one year is good for the sport.

Nadal proving yet again he is nothing more than a sh*t overrated doping clay court bully. Absolute joke he is even talked about in the same breath as The G.O.A.T. (Federer) in some circles.

Three for me, and two for them.

Laver, Borg, Federer true greats of the game. I used to follow the next tier down, Roscoe Tanner, John Newcombe. All good players.

What a load of junk. Federer got destroyed two rounds earlier by a far weaker opponent, Nadal was never likely to go well this tournament, hasn't played a top 10 player in months. Nadal is the best ever on clay but worth noting he also usually beats Federer on hard courts, and usually beats Federer in the big matches.  And I'm not even a Nadal fan!
