Haha, I didn't realise asterix is actually French for asterisk, but realised they were connected. I realise it is asterisk, and I'm pleased the yellow fever site is filled with the type of people who can know they ain't the same. Though, I think a pun on it can still stand as a parody of the common mistake. Slang pun.
 
Anyway, justifying the legitamacy of my attempted pun could become a bit of a boar.
