I don't know if any of you follow the Make My Movie competition (I know there were a few of us who entered last year) but this years top 12 has just been released and my project has made the cut!

Danny Treijo would probably want paid more than we get to make the whole film. But totally worth it :)

Hey everyone. 

I'm looking to do some tutoring of high school Math (or Physics) students. I'm currently employed as a tutor at the university, but my contract runs out at the end of trimester (6 weeks). I'm going overseas to study in mid September, so was hoping to find enough to keep me busy til then. I have lots of experience tutoring, send me a message if you want more information.

I'm based in J'ville, so would prefer students from the northern suburbs, although if I had a few in the city it could make the trip worthwhile.

Pretty chuffed with myself at the moment.

Putting together the order for my first photography sales into retail stores. I have created a range of Postcards and Greetings Cards and have so far had 3 stores in Hawkes Bay agree to stock them. Will be doing a bit more leg work in the coming months to sell them into more outlets.

Stuff like that is great for tourists who are worried about taking home bulky items in their luggage. So if you haven't hit up shops of that ilk, do so!

Even small block mounted photos I hear sell well. (Similar size to a postcard). 

Also hit up framing shops that have a gallery space, they may take your photos and sell on commission (that's what I do).

My third son Ashley is in a Kit Kat ad just started playing in tele. He took a break from football in Sydney and being  Nix supporter to film the ad over in Romania

Yeah I have a few good leads on where I might approach to sell larger prints. Am going to sit down with a coffee (or glass of red wine) over the weekend and contact a few to try arrange to go and see them. One is actually one of the 3 current stockists of my cards so already have the foot in the door.
