Add to this - the boots you buy for juniors are often poorly constructed; my personal bugbear - the lace-holes don't have a reinforced eyelet and the laces these days are nylon, so they end up cutting through the lace hole.

After making an appointment to see someone in WINZ for 2pm and waiting 55 minutes with a two children and a pissed off wife before walking out. They make the appointment time and then cant keep to it. All we had was two simple questions they could have answered in less than 2 minutes but no, we had to make an appointment and then they couldn't keep to it.
