You know how everyone says that the time was mucked up, which looked like it was at the end of round one, well you check it out once the timer disappears from the screen. If you set your watch by then, when the ref was asking if time was up, time really was up, the person hadn't rung the bell. So technically a 2nd round knockout is correct.
