Unbelievable decision to send Imray off. It wasn't even a penalty, but I guess once the ref had decided it was, then he had to get the red card out because Imray was last man. But it looked a legit challenge from where I was.
Miramar penalty wasn't a penalty either, so I guess these things even themselves up.

For Miramar, Eager superb in the middle of the park and Woody Patrick ran his bollocks off. The young lad who went in goal (Joe Morris) did well. Still don't know how ECB didn't equalise though.
But, when you win from 1-0 down with ten men for 70 minutes you deserve a DB. Well done Miramar. A great afternoon's entertainment and rapt for them to go one better than last year.

Not trying to put a downer on it, reaching the Chatham Cup semi is a huge feat and one to be proud of, however is there real need for a cover charge? A few years ago Halswell made a run to the semis and there was never a cost to get in.
