NZ Football Survey - Have your say

Hi everyone,

I'm a masters student at the University of Otago and as part of my research I've developed a questionnaire specifically for players and parents in domestic football.

If you're an NZ resident aged 18 or over, have played for a domestic club within the last 12 months AND/OR you are the parent of a child/children (18 and under) who plays football, you're warmly invited to participate.

Upon completing the survey you will have the option of entering the draw to win a $50 New World voucher.
