Ronan Wynne's signed a pro deal with Danish 3rd tier side Roskilde, just relegated from the 2nd tier. Made his debut today at right back in a 3-1 loss to HIK Hellerup.

He was previously on trial at Superligaen club AC Horsens, playing in a reserve fixture

The drizzle has settled down and the artificial grass court is ready for battle. Ronan Wynne, who has been training for a few weeks, gets his first match in light blue.

Well done Wynne jnr.

Probably not a big factor, but removes one reason why older bro Deklan may have considered staying at the Rapids, (if they wanted him past this MLS season) with younger bro also in Colorado at College until now.

Wynne snr's Rapids contract finishes end of this year, and he seems on the outer there now. Presume both brothers have the same agent?

So Deklan may pop up somewhere in Europe too soon. Don't think he has a Green Card, so might as well have a crack outside the US, and the continuing uncertainty with the A League probably counts against moving to the Nix to replace Cacace.

Two more league games, then a winter break for Danish 3rd tier until March.

Even with 2 weeks MI in NZ, you would think Wynne junior would fancy a few months NZ summer away from Covid Europe.

Same for any Kiwis in the EU, where there is a long winter break.

Roskilde's game against AB postponed. Presume Covid related.

Danish 3rd tier on a winter break now until March.

Will his big brother join him soon in Europe?

Rapids play Minnesota tomorrow in playoffs, lose that and might soon after hear what Deklan Wynne is up to.
