This is where all Legistations will be put.

Law 1: Tax. All spammers must pay 10 posts a week to the govt. Except Hard News cause otherwise he won't edit the post counts.
 
NB: We, the local body govt. decide who the spammers are.
 
Other NB: If you do more then 100 posts in a week, you are tax free.
