Melbourne Knights taking the FFA to the Human Relations Commission in Australia over the FFA using the National Club Identity Policy to stop them having Croatian community groups sponsorships on their FFA Cup shirts.

Good on them. 

They're denying a sponsor based on the fact they represent a country/race. Sounds illegal to me. 

"Australian soccer club" would presumably be acceptable so why not "Croatian Soccer Club"?

The National Club Identity Policy - where the FFA apparently encourages inclusiveness by banning everything - has to be the stupidest thing the FFA has attempted to implement. 

like its policy to apparently grow active support, that makes it harder for people to join in active support.
