This will be a head to head league, in that your tips will compete against another persons tips. If you win the match up you will receive 3 points, draw 1 point, losing gives you 0 points.

There are 25 weeks, or 26 if I did the 'midweek madness' on the 4th of Jan as a separate round. It gives me a few options when it comes to sorting things.

Ideally 32 players would be nice, I could do something fun with promotion/relegation and a cup competition. But I am happy for as many people to actively play as possible.

The more I think of it, I really do like what I had in mind for 32 players. So I think I will go with that, if we have more I will have to sort something for the Cup rounds.

I will sort people into 4 leagues of 8 people. Those that were involved last season will be put in a league based on how they went last season, new players will be put at the bottom on a first posting basis.

You will face off against everyone in your league once, this gives us a season based on 7 rounds of the A-League. The top 2 will be promoted to the league above them, except if your in the Premier League. The bottom 2 will be relegated to the league below, except if your in the bottom tier. There will be 3 seasons during the A-League season.

That will use up 21 rounds of the A-League, which leaves 5 rounds for a knock out cup.

I will also keep a 'For' score, so each player can see how they went over the A-League (if you get knocked out of the cup, you will need to still post your tips for this to be accurate).

If we have more than 32, I will add another league below the bottom one, and they will have to have a separate cup comp, but since this is part of the forums is less traffic, I am not sure we will have that problem.

I will post who is in what league on Sunday night, anyone that decided to play after then will just be added to the bottom leagues, even if they did play last season.

Where can I address the chocolate cake bribe for me to be in the Premier League?
