Should have been a red to a Shandong player for studs up with both feet in a tackle but this ref is a bit soft.

If the Adelaide defence wasn't so dodgy I would say they have this one in the bag. Shandong have failed to put them under enough pressure, and when they have Jamieson and Cornhtwaite especially have looked suspect.

I don't rate Cornflake...very..erm...flakey.

There will be a second yellow and a red before the end of this one surely.

Agreed. He seemed a bit petulant in his first game but has reigned it in a bit. He's kind of the player we are missing, I reckon.

Dodd, Pantelis and Leckie were good, didn't think Flores did much other than fluff the one on one with their keeper.

Maybe he wasn't so potent on attack but he did plenty of something South American A League players aren't noted for: defending!
