I doubt we would have made him train alone/isolate him from the playing group like that. Someone would have picked up on that given people knew he wasn't in the teams plans going forward.
Players falling out of favour is pretty common place worldwide but those kinda tactics Adelaide used to try to force him out, whilst accepted overseas are not acceptable in the ALM. Guess that is because the PFA holds more sway here than other countries.
