How typical that given all those great/exciting chances to score, the only goal to come from that half was probably the sloppiest of the season.

Adelaide's defence has been sloppy all season. Just as well for them that their midfield and frontline has been successful enough to take the pressure off the back 4, because apart from Cassio they have some of the worst defenders in the league. Oh and of course the Galekovic factor - if it wasn't for him they'd be struggling to even get in the top 6.

That's one sweaty, stressed lino! The usual total shambles we have come to expect from A League officiating.

A-League refs lol ah well. Never been in the business of making small returns. Made a few bob when we lost over there 3-1 after leading 0-1 at half time earlier in the season.

I wouldn't be surprised to find the (seemingly) increasingly random calls of officials loosely correlating with the increasing interest in the A-league. We love our lotteries and underdogs.

I think we are to quick to jump on refs for any 50/50 call.  In this case, having just seen the replay (admittedly from an oblique angle and not side on) it looks to me like Geronimooooooo was just offside, and he was definitely active once he went up to compete for the header, whether he got a touch on it or not.
