Early days I know but with those two big target men up front Perth's attack is going to depend a lot more on long balls and speculative crosses than last season. Dadi and Rukavytsa complimented each other really well. This new formation might not click any time soon, if at all.

Jelic is meant to be the great hope up front for them, played in the Bundesliga last year.  He's joined them late  though which i assume is why he's benched... unless he's turned up and is sh*t. Hard News2009-08-07 23:04:41

Just shows you, the first game of the season players aren't up to full fitness so they are a bit more vulnerable to injuries. Hope like hell none of our lads do their knees/hamstings, etc tomorrow.

Don't have any Perth players cept Sikora on the bench so i'm happy. Though i've only got Reid from Adelaide as well..
