It finished 2-0.

Loneliest match thread ever.

I for one was enjoying your commentary. Full of insight. It really kept the readers on the edge of their seats

Things I learned last night courtesy of the sycophants with the microphones

Eugene Galekovic is amazing at passing the ball

The Adelaide imports do the most amazing back heels

And they must have taught the locals because they are really good at it too

I also learnt

Liverpool fans need a backing track and words on the big screen to sing their anthem

HE IS SO GOOD.

Well, to be honest I didn't hear the backing track from where I was.. I just heard the volume of the track drop and that's it, like they do at Anfield.

The words, well.. You gotta excuse the little ones and the ignorant for not knowing their team song.

EDIT: Can you only quote one post at a time? Hmm..

I missed the game, but having read Patrick's commentary I can shut my eyes and feel like I was there.
