You don't have to register for myp2p, but to use the feeds from the two betting sites you have to open a free account at them.
Personally, I'm happy with IraqGoals at the lower quality as it's good enough and keeps my usage stats lower. Does http://www.iraqgoals.net/ch1.html work for you?
