I dont know if he is eligible for the youth marquee slot, but I am a little suspicious that he will fit in under the cap. Unless he is on cheap this year and if Muscat retires will free up some extra dosh for following seasons.

Am suprised too. Thought they had no cap remaining after the Hernandez fee. A good signing for them, though, now and for the futue.

Interesting to know how he rates his time at Fulham. Even with a very thin squad he saw very little game time. I'd say though trainin under Hodgson would make him a much better player - he's a fantastic manager
