If the shore was all that, they would have a football stadium people would frequent.

Tend to agree, before last season I could see there being a few that were watching, but after last season's run of injuries Id expect the suitors would be looking at other options. Even if he's healthy now, the risk of getting injured again is just too high, especially for a new club who will want to make a mark early on the league.

Sakai signed apparently.
No word on announcement though. Had seen another bloke who was associated with the port say 'Keep an eye out on Thursday' but I haven't heard anything else sorry.

Most Aucklanders wouldn’t cross the bridge north, if they didn’t have to and there are many great parts of Auckland to live which don’t include Remuera.

The North Shore is the part of Auckland which really is like the horror stories that the rest of NZ tells about Auckland. Endless suburban sprawl inhabited by the biggest bunch of GET OFF MY LAWN yelling, SUV-driving Karens and man-Karens you could imagine.
The City players I had the "pleasure" of sitting within earshot of a few months ago who proceeded to spend 60 minutes bagging Oliver will be fuming.

The Newcastle Jets are set to face Auckland FC in a pre-season friendly in August, with Steve Corica’s side travelling to New South Wales that month. It will be one of potentially eight pre-season friendlies for the Jets. [@newcastleherald]https://t.co/QbZP4P78Dq

Apparently it could be AFC's first foreign (Aussie and/or visa) player announcements tomorrow.
Any updates on who the imports may be from our sauce?
Sakai seems the only visa player rumour at the moment. Zawada must be a chance until either he signs somewhere overseas, or quietly flys into the 09 for an unveil just prior July pre season training.
Brimmer & Hall your Aussies. Elliot & Champness the leading (non scholarship) Kiwi candidates.
Corica has said the visa players likely won't be confirmed until July/August.

I can't believe anyone would be paying money for Zawada given the state of his injuries

They’ve posted another cryptic message on their instagram. No idea who this is meant to be, too tired to begin trying to work it out tbh. Probably really obvious.
