Both games on SS1. First up CCM are at home and their guest is Adelaide @ 7pm. Then Mossy's mob are the guests at Suncorp and Kosta's group.

should be good games tonight.

Any stats anyone wants to share about these teams - LF1?

I'm torn want Moss to keep a clean sheet to get ahead of Theoklitos, but then I want Kosta to get ahead of that annoying Kruse. I'm swaying to Kosta's cause.

Moss could come off with a minor injury in the 90th min giving Kosta the chance to stuff Kruse with a swift couple of goals during injury time

= prob solved

CCM v Adelaide at Bluetongue, 7pm kick-off.

Adelaide were unbeaten for the first 11 games of the season, but have lost 6 of their last 10, including 3 of their last 4 games, but Sergio van Dijk is on a four-game scoring run.  Robert Cornthwaite suspended for Adelaide after his red card v Perth.

Michael McGlinchey has played every minute of the 19 games CCM have played so far this season.

These two have met 16 times before - CCM have won 5, Adelaide 6 with 5 draws.  CCM haven't beaten Adelaide since November 2008.

Pretty cagey affair.  Just one real attempt on goal in the first half.

So the loser commentator last w/e said, when Fyfe got his yellow, that he would be suspended.  I take Fyfe out of my fantasy team and guess what happens?  He somehow isn't suspended.  Incompetence at it's peak.

If they are on free fall-- 12 points ahead of the Nix, where does that leave us?

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Ok, I didn't phrase that well, yes they are still 2nd, but wont be soon if this keeps up.

Thats 4 losses in 5 games now.

So on the A-League site they put the own goal down as a goal to Adelaide and 1-1 so I thought my fantasy team was getting some respite but no.  Undermining me again.

Believe it or not groundsmen aren't generally that stupid .

It's not wise to put something on the turf that's going to kill it eg oil based paint. These guys just haven't had a gap in the rain for days where the paint might have time to dry. Once it's dries it will stay on the leaf.

What a goal from Kosta. This is gonna be a cracker of a game, despite the weather.

Fuck this stupid game

Once, at my old golf course, the greenskeeper used white wash mixed with roundup for marking "nearest to the pin" on the 10th green...

I can't answer that but I know when it happened to us our sidelines and half way were sweet because they are the same lines for rugby and football so there is a solid base of paint in them. Not sure if that's the case for them though.

Fuck this stupid game
