Nice night for it! Bucketing down.

Mcglinchy is a great player, his passing and positioning is showing up the rest of the players. Third time i've heard the commentary say 'clever play from Mcglinchy'

I've got a lot of time for CCM. I like the way they play.

It's a shame they get such small crowds. I believe what you are hearing is the travelling support.

Used to drive me nuts last season when he was regularly outstanding but would barely get a mention. There isn't an attacking midfielder in the comp to touch him at the moment, so some recognition is long overdue.

Ryan missed the pen!!!!!

Hahaha. CCM Keeper Ryan steps up to take a penalty, and misses. Marvellous

Did you think it was a pen?

Permalink Permalink

If contact like that is worth a penalty you'd have them practically every time a corner was contested.

Yeah. Good nudge in the back. Good call I reckon.

4 pens in a row that CCM have missed. Simple game plan, just hack them down in the penalty area every time they come forward

Was surprising to see Ryan take it though. Important and tight game, and he's not exactly renowned for taking penalties.

Mel just said now he's been practicing, but that was terrible (although Covic is the best keeper in the league).

Oops, Totori-esque moment from McGee there.

Didn't they say something about Ryan taking pens in the pre game blab? Thought it was just in jest at the time.

P.s Jag - I like this thread better, it has a nice ambience.

I'm a big fan of the comedy moment when a keeper takes a penalty and misses, then we have the lunatic charge back to the other end of the park.

It was a horrible penalty. Not quite "Dadi v Perth" horrible, but still horrible

If CCM lose this, they've only themselves to blame.

Haliti is a halfwit but that was a nice off the ball run and a classy finish. Chalk up yet another shirt-off yellow card.

CCM lose the league lead for the first time since round 8. Maybe an outfield player should step up and take the pen next time.

Cba making a new thread, couple good goals so far in the Glory v Sydney game. ADP with a stunner to make sure he gets all 3 Alex Tobin points already.
