Fantasy A-League up and running again. The Fever classic league from last season has been renewed, so I think you will automatically be added if you were in it last year. I couldn't renew the head-to-head league, so I made a new one.

I did it one year, had very few mates interested so made it pretty boring. Not a lot of banter etc.
While I love the A-League and watch almost every game, the fantasy leagues are nothing like the NRL or NFL ones that I play. The stats related to those sports make it a lot more complex and interesting. And even fantasy EPL (imo) is much the same which is quite popular.
Might get into the tipping.

It's worth noting that the official league has a decent set of prizes and they are open to Kiwis to win this year (last year Fox excluded Kiwis from winning the car)

Now that the official A-League fantasy is up, I made a league there as well for us. I figured there would be more people with a team in that than in the Fox Sports one.

It doesn't come up on the tabs, you have to click the Groups dropdown menu to see it. Groups have no size limit, which is why I made a group rather than a league.

Ouch, looking at the Player Rankings, only 1 person has Sterjovski in their squad. Teeboy Kamara is out for the season and still has 24 selections.
Boyd has 9, and Waffles 19. I am sure a few people will pick Waffles up now.

Nice work! All the prizes are available to NZ and Aus residents. I've got close to coming 1st in a round a few times, closest I have got was 10th in the grand final round last season.

Have just overhauled my team now that the squads are out. Pretty tough to squeeze everything into the limit, so had to pick up a bit of deadwood. It seems everyone is either no hope, or $300k. They need to either reduce some of the prices or up the salary cap imo.

I think that the whole idea is to include some of the younger players, unfortunatley they may not play at times
