Hope you are right, but can't see it.

Sadly I need a GCU win for me to be promoted in the Tipping Comp as well.

Looks like Perth may be lining up in a 4-4-2 based on the team sheet, which was incredibly unsuccessful when they changed to it after 3 games into the season. Wasn't until they switched away from it that they started their charge up the ladder.

Draw gets me 5/5 in the tipping comp (and $237). Wouldn't begrudge a GCU win tho.

Whoever replaces GCU next season, they really should sign up whats left of the GCU squad and youth side. They really are not that bad, and with more experience will be a pretty good side in the next few seasons.

Skilled Park seem to have a lazy groundsman, 'nrl.com' is quite clearly visible in the middle of the pitch

Because it's embarrasing and makes you look stupid so we save you from that. Falls under the no text speak ruling.

Anyway. Back on topic. Says something for Perth that they can be without Burns and Sterjovksi but still put outmore cocks than any team in the lead. Heffernan and Pantelidis... ffs.

I think the ref sent him off because it was such a sh*t attempt.

a) completely obvious

b) didn't connect

Nowhere near as slyly effective as our Manny

The Manny haters will be pointing out that Manny should have also been sent off.

The people that mentioned the 'Marco' tackle are not Manny haters you idiot. He would be the first person I would pick for my starting 11.

I wouldn't bet on that. He wasn't watching the ball and he's deliberately put the elbow out. Being to sh*t a footballer to make contact doesn't change intent.

Of course if Perth lose by 4, we go 3rd.

Seemed more likely when 11 v 11 mind you.
