Quite glad I changed the channel literally about 5 seconds before the 1st goal!

Put a cheeky 1 pound on Melbourne to win on the live betting, paying $35...Cmon Melbourne, 4-3!

All three goals have been very good quality, Brosque (w**ker) with a glancing header, Bridge with a great shot.

LOL @ the goal that goes through Vargas' legs and Moss has no chance to stop it.
The other two were great strikes though.

Melbourne just haven't shown much effort in the first half hour, like they claimed Sydney had done in earlier rounds.
Hernandez seems to be gun-shy with his free-kicks lately, he hasn't been striking them at all well.

Thompson is a nowhere man, and Fabiano trying to take the role of fall-over-man off Kruse?

Oh, and I've noticed that K. Muscat seems to muck around a bit at the back, lots of crap passes back to Moss, and not clearing the ball straight away. Stands around in the back line, no effort to involve himself much.Ard Righ2009-10-09 23:02:37

Fabiano's already got his own well established fall-down act. When we went to the Tards v Nix game my wife was very surprised that no one went to help him when he was apparently pole-axed and left unconcious. Don't worry, I said, he'll be up in a minute. And as soon as he realised that no one on either team, nor the ref, nor the Melb bench were paying him any attention he duly got back to his feet. This amused the wife highly. Now whenever Melb play she's asking me, "Has Fabiano does his act yet?".

Oh, and she could spot Kruse for the preening, cheating, dirty little sissy he is straight away. Very happy we see eye to eye on that.

looks more like Sydney for a highest Melbourne defeat ever... at the moment, LG

Improving,,on the up, a work in progress from Italiano and the Nix. Bring on the bathroom bling in '24! COYN!

Melbourne showing again that they are supremely one-dimensional. Can't see them getting even a goal back here.
