0-0 HT

Brosque one shot on goal, Talay a free kick just wide, but basically nothing to report.

Fury have their new Ugandan striker Seppuya playing - not in the game much yet so hard to tell if he's any good. No Bridge for Bling and they look a bit toothless as a result.

Especially when they advertise this game as live.

You're not missing anything. Very tepid stuff so far.

Lovely work from Payne on the byline, cutting back, beating two men and setting up Grossman who first times a drive into the corner.

1-0

Yeah, real good work by Payne and a nice tidy finish by Grossman..Hopefully this sparks the game into gear.

Great work from Danning there. Brosque maybe should've put that header away.

Sydney equalise then North Queensland hit back about 30 seconds later, 2-1

2-1 Jamieson equalises then a minute later Daal one-twos with Payne and buries it.

Daal has been murdering Bling down that left side since he came on.

Anyone else reckon Williams looks like Rafael Nadal?

Brilliant ball by Payne

Have to say it - he's a damn good young player. Might be a twat, but hey.

imo they will struggle later on because their squad is so small but if they keep relatively injury free who knows

No idea why Daal isn't starting - that Sseppuya guy looked crap

Straka is awesome - doing a Daniel and getting the crowd into it

Farken Bolton would have saved that.

I doubt it. I am not a fan of Liam R, but from that distance-- no chance.

Yeah...Payne is looking to be a good young player, kinda reminds me of Nathan Burns..Just hope he doesn't make the same mistakes as Burns did when he left Adelaide.

Victory new strip?
Permalink Permalink

I get it. 40 years since Victoria made seatbelts mandatory, so Victory are wearing white 'seatbelts' on their shirts. Hmmm.

Weird strip. Good on them i guess, but it seems an odd thing to commemorate

That Fury coach is a bit of a fruitloop isn't he?

I thought the strip looked much better than the one with the white V
