Thanks. Nose scores a goal, was offside, commentators keep talking about "giving advantage to the attacking side" WTF?!

I don't remember anyone arguing there was any "advantage" clause in the offside rule

Constant theme with the Fox commentators, the advantage thing. Apparently there is no such rule, or even guideline. Or maybe there is. Who knows?
 
Quite amusing seeing Brosque scythed down in the most blatant foul you've ever seen, yet ignored by the ref.

It's beginning to piss me off that players continue to get yellow cards for the heinous offence of kicking the ball away after the whistle is blown, yet we keep seeing brutal tackles, deliberate elbows to the face, etc, go unpunished.
