Should be a couple of good matches to watch in the buildup to the Nix game tonight. In particular, I'm looking forward to the WSWvMV game, I think that could be a cracker of a match. Here's hoping Marco is on fire!

Wanderers will be a good test for Marco. They are very good defensively and he won't get the same space behind the fullbacks.

I read Grella is a chance to play for the Heart today, so it might be a quite niggly game.

Bolton out, not sure if he has been dropped or rested.

Dropped, surely. Why would you rest a keeper unless maybe he had a niggling injury? Apparently he's fully fit.

Or he is in disagreement about signing an extension on his contract.

Devious mind, Leggy. Yes, quite possible, although frankly he's about done his dash as an A League keeper in my opinion.

Think Jets by a couple here.

Hope you didn't put money on it.

Melbourne Heart might need to drop their keeper.

Lucky to get away with a yellow I reckon. Great pen too.

That was much closer to being a red card than the one at the other end of the field.

I don't think you are allowed to put Live Betting options in a multi. No need to whine about it, it's part of the rules that you agreed to when you signed up to the TAB.

Sorry, but are you advocating something different from the last four years of Leo set pieces? Be sensible.

How do you mean? They rang the changes for their trip to Perth, these changes are simply undo-ing those to make the team almost exactly the same as the one that beat Adelaide 6-1.

The schedule at the moment is very confusing, I wish they just stuck to playing the games on the weekends.

They always make excuses for Heskey every time he misses.

Just goes to show even the poor sides can get 3 points.

Heart looked frightened to go forward after they got the lead. Lost count of the number of times Fred, of all people, was content to pass the ball backwards. You could say it paid off but only because Jets were so toothless.

Permalink Permalink

Yea, Fred was about the worst at holding up play for Heart when they had a good break on. I don't think he's played that good recently.

Spot on. Marco being well marked but still providing some good ball. This is why he needs at least another season with the Victory, to learn how to cope with decent defenders.

At least we don't have to worry about Finkler in 5 days time. A pulled hammy for Archie would be useful too....

Good goal from Ono. Gareth Morgan, this is why we need a marquee player for attacking style. Plonker.

Actually to be fair that should have been directed at WelNix..
