Interestingly, tonight could be the first time that the Roar have ever been on the bottom of the table. Also, we could be 9th with a win for either team.

As in ever ever? Were they not terrible the year before Ange took over?

Ever ever. The lowest they got under Ange was second to bottom (which was 10th place in an 11 team league). They are the only A-League club to have never been on the bottom of the table.

This ref's a joke. Gives Jurman a yellow for a foul that Garcia obviously milked, meanwhile Hallaran has been deliberately hacked down twice when running at the Heart defence yet just a free kick given.

Good stuff from Sky, but everyone who was going to watch it delayed at 11 are gonna miss the game now.

Very unlucky, but hard for the linesman to see it from where he was.

For an assistant to make the call though he needs to be certain without doubt of what he saw. How can he say he was certain that he saw the ball go over the line? If its an awkward position for the assistant, as some may claim, he should NEVER make such a calll. It really is as simple as that, and a pathetic call from the assistant.

A shit decision for sure, although seeing Bitch Nichols chuck his toys at the ref was amusing.

Heart 2-0, Roar look a broken team.

I think Roars domination is finally over, history would suggest so as well. For every club who wins a title or two, they go back to spending the next few seasons in the bottom half of the competition.

I had a half time/full time bet on Heart/Roar which was looking bloody good in the second quarter of the game. Not so much now though.

A bit early to say that. Roar had an awful losing streak last season and turned it around. There's a lot of talent in that team.

Why did I tip the Roar? :(

Because the Heart suck, but seems the Roar suck more.

3-0 now after the Tadic penalty.

Jurman has had an absolute mare. All three goals have been his fault.

Im not saying anything, this is what previous seasons are telling me. Sydney, Victory, Jets, even CCM and Adelaide, all teams who have played Grand finals, all teams who have subsequently hit rock bottom.

What this also means though is that Grand Final time is near for us ! All of the original founding clubs have featured in a Grand final already.

Your best players get picked off overseas and the rest of your squad asks for a pay rise - tough to manage.  It's the same in the NRL
