Saw that Jade North is off to Incheon United in the K-League. (sorry if this somewhere else).
I live in Incheon and have been to a few of their games. They nearly lost to a 9 man Seoul FC during the season and apart from 1 good guy from Russia or something, they are fairly average.

I remember watching the games and thinking the Phoenix would destroy them
From the two games i went to, the league overall is below the standard of the A-League. And the Incheon team wouldn't be much trouble for all of the current A-League teams. Try to play at a fast tempo, but skill level isn't high enough.
Good luck to him, maybe looking for a J-League team later on.. and he must be getting paid a fair bit..

North is overrated. I can't believe the number of mistakes he makes of the really bad goal-conceding variety in the A League and yet Verbeek keeps selecting him. Weird.
Great money but it aint Europe....

To be fair to North he has played very well for the Socceroos. Better than he has played for the Jets.

He will go well in that League. Unsure how old he is.. but could be a good stepping stone to a better team..

No other Australian ever has.
He would be 26 or 27 (he was here for the 1999 U-17 World Cup)
