He was someone who never kicked on from all the promise he showed as a youngster, he had few injuries, big rows with managers and for a very long time(actually still) He couldn't score a goal if his life depended on it nor hit the side of a barn with a handful of stones from point blank range
Best thing Everton did was sell him to Arsenal, they found out quite quickly too how bad he was at his job (scoring goals) and moved him on as well
Good luck to him and noocastle but not someone i'd be fearing

I don't know anything about this new guy, but I must say that I am VERY impressed with what Tinkler has done since taking over. He seems very committed to building the spirit of the team and the fans and is willing to pour in the cash to get the community on board. Whether or not the new guy is rubbish, it still shows a lot that Tinkler would be willing to fork out for him

So how does a guy who is so terrible get signed Everton and then sold to Arsenal?

This. Like I said, I don't know a lot about the guy, but surely anyone who has experience with teams of that calibre will be decent at a-league level?

Ask an Arsenal fan, they saw something in him and wanted to pay 8Million pounds to have him.He didn't produce the goods. He was plagued by injuries and left him well down the pecking order.Got sent back to us on loan,Ended up going elsewhere. Was at Sheffield Wednesday before being released when they were relegated at the end of last season.
This league might suit him but I don't think he will be the best guest stint player to grace the A-League (imo)

No. He's fucking shit.

Three for me, and two for them.

so enviable.

The thing is, we have had 35,000 people come to watch the nix, and perhaps doing something smilar here could attract a percentage of those 'fans' .

Jets are making all the right noises for me.
