Straya - A-League and State Leagues

Jets v Victory, 9:30pm [Delayed 11:30pm SkySports 3]

Another weekend, another delayed game on SKY TV. Breakers playing live on SkySports 2, live F1 practice on SkySports 3, those two I can accept. But wtf is be happening after the ITM Cup game, for it to need 2 1/2 hrs scheduled? Yes it is a final, but c'mon that must be a long presentation. Then at 10pm we have delayed Golf ffs, surely they could have just delayed the A-League 30 mins and put it on after the Rugby? But no, its on at 11:30pm instead.

Any way that is enough of a rant. So I guess it will be everyone looking a dodgy online stream again tonight. The good justin.tv one appears to have been shut down.

Coe is set to start for the Victory, after turning up midweek. Heskey has his own TV channel for the game, no doubt providing ample footage for Soccer AM to broadcast to the UK over the weekend. And Paddy Power is even offering to refund certiain bets is Heskey doesn't score, no doubt robbing the A-league of any credibility in the eyes of English fans.

Oh and my prediction is Jets to win. Victory have a surprising bad record in the Hunter, and a dodgy centre back pairing that will struggle with the man mountain called Emile. He won't make it 3 goals in 3 games tho.

It did get shutdown, but the owner just made a new account with an underscore in his username. It's now at http://www.justin.tv/chobits02_chii#/w/3979148320.

I just bought the justintv app. Hopefully that gives me the game.

Even my petrol head mate wondered why they were showing such an unimportant F1 practice run on live.  He was quite bemused by the fact it was on. Pretty boring and meaningless apparently, and this from one who actually gets his rocks of on cars going round and round a track.  Grrrrrr.

That out of the system, hopefully a good stream, as this may provide an indication as to whether MV have turned a corner.  Kinda like Marco to do well, but don't mind seeing a train wreck happening at the other end.  I think MV could just click soon.

I know, I know, its serious!

Not really fussed about who wins this one but would be nice to see Marco get a third goal in three.

Having said that my money's on Archie T to break his drought.

I'm bloody sick its sky and its a league coverage. Obviously this is going to continue the whole season. Delayed European golf, Jesus. Time to badger them daily I think. Anyone got the CEOs email address that they would like to post?

A player of Marcos class should have scored.

Just got home also, been all Victory in what I have seen so far. Was it Foster criticising Marco for teeing up Archie, who was just too slow to get the gift ball?

I think he was just saying that Archie did well to get a good shot away.

Wrong clown. It's Slater, although admittedly they are pretty interchangeable.

Dull game until the last 10 minutes.

Not sure why, but Marco never seems to get any credit from either them. I will admit he does stuff things up some times, but the good stuff he does deserves a mention.

WTF was Milligan doing? Was in front of Heskey but slows down and holds his hands out as though expecting the keeper to come for it.

He has been highly rated for a few seasons, just been stuck on the bench at Adelaide. He had a shocking debut round 1 tho.
