Wanderers need at least a point to secure the title but have to do it without Ono, La Rocca, Polenz, D'Apuzzo & Mooy. First real test on their depth this season. I smell an upset here, Jets 2-0.

Was horrible defending for the goal.

This could be a pantsing for Jets

Heskey should have leveled.

Bridge fouled in the box and Ben Williams awards the Jets a free kick outside the box. Scratching my head on that one.

Chapman having a shocker, Bridge doubles the lead. Game over.

0-2 to Wanderers, Bridge scores his 2nd of the night

WSW have done enough to wrap up the league and they have deserved it.

Still dont think WSW have even played like a championship winning side this season. Theyve been good but they havent been exceptional. They seem to get quite lucky in front of goal from defensive blunders. Will be interesting to see how many of the current squad they can retain during the off season, and if that same squad can taste success in the ACL.

Would have been very interesting to see Brisbane at their peak playing against this Wanderers team.

Personally think CCM are the best team in the league, but WSW have put the points on the board to win it.

Good crowd in there tonight.  No doubt we will have the worst attendance of the round.

Visconte makes it 3.  Plate to WSW

Surely now the "helping hand" WSW have received is not available for the next season if they win the final

It has been confirmed they will still have the additional 2 visa spots available to use for next season also.

Congrats WSW.   And to think at the start of their season it took them a few games to even score their first goal.  Times have changed.

well done

The main reason they won the league is that Popovic is an excellent coach. A lot of the players they have were only very average for other clubs and he has molded them  into a workmanlike outfit.

Really hope we see a WSW v CCM grand final.

And some Wanderers fans celebrate by beating up a Jets fan in front of his kids.
