Are you meaning in terms of defenders shielding or from referee, as the contact looked very minimal.

the keeper was not 'pushed' as much as nudged.

Replay shows Velaphi stupidly held the catch before there was any contact. His momentum backwards meant he was doomed. If there was any contact it looked minimal to me.

In any other league in the world whenever a keeper is 'nudged', as you put, it's pretty much an automatic free kick. This has happened twice in a few weeks and it's not consistant with the normal application of the rules.

btw I thought it was a pretty obvious push by Grossman. Don't know how you guys don't see it the same? Looks clear as day to me. His momentum was going backwards but he wouldn't of gone over the line if he wasn't nudged.

It's funny how Perth's crowds have gone up and everyone elses has gone down this season (though we've been reasonably steady and Adelaide have had good crowds most of the itme)
