Moss will be disappointed with that. Saw it from a long way out but didn't get down in time. Nice long range drive from Allsop makes it 1-0.

G/C defenders just kept backing off, and Glen Moss should be shot for that.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Nah, David Carney should be shot. Moss should just be quietly ignored at the after match drinks.

I agree, but so should Moss.(by the way, I think is the best AW keeper)

Missed it - why, was it bad? Only saw some handbags between Kemp and GCU's new Korean, Kil (let the puns break forth in earnest).

yeah - missed it too. Can't have been too bad (?) as Brebnes is still on the park.
Yeah I don't know why but some asian players are very easily angered sometimes. I remember once in a friendly game I was chased off the pitch by about 7-8 of them after a huge scrap and had to run away from MacAllister park in my boots

Landed badly, did not think the tackle was rugged.

cool thanks Leggy.
Just to clarify my earlier post, I think that Kil had a good reason to be handbagging Kemp!

also, I just found out that we share the same birthday: day, month, year, all the same. Weird.
I could feel there was some kind of connection between us two.
Besides, we are both great at giving the ball away cheaply (see MVC's first goal)!

That was an elbow by Allsopp, can't believe the ref gave him the foul! I wonder who he learned that from!

Italians have quite the reputation for running away.

ahahhah good call, we do indeed. to my defense, they asian started it, I threw a legitimate punch only to see a whole bunch of opposition players running at me whilst my team mate left me alone (it wasn't Varsity, was filling in for another team). What would you have done??

Anyway, we have a reputation for diving more than running away imo.. just look at Fiorentini today. Speaking of whom, I think he had a superb game.

And 2-0, damn Allsopp, can't stand him!

Really good goal by Allsop, Moss no chance this time.

I wrote Allsop off as too old, too slow a few weeks ago but he is getting better and better.

See the WWII Western Desert campaign 1940-1943. The Italians were so keen to run away from the Brits that they would take their boots off to run faster.

At least NZpower kept his on!

With Kruse and Thompson to come back, MV will be very tough.

Damn straight.

The Good: Serenading Super Kev from the South End, and getting a wave from the great man.

The Bad: Dan not getting his hattrick.

The Ugly: the flogs in the South End bagging their own supporters.
