as much as I hate the new bling, it's good for NZ football. at least we hope he'll be playing a bit!

I agree - he clearly wasn't going to be seeing any action in Stabtown so good lucky to him

As I said elsewhere, this will mean that GCU/Nix will be O FOR AWESOME. Esp. if we recruit Killen or Fallon to square off against Smeltzy.

Good on ya Miron. Mossy needs his confidence back. Those stabbies didn't treat him well.

Game at RoF is going to be massive. A marketers dream!

This is because Vanstratten is going to Central Coast right? Can't wait to see Moss getting regular action.

Against us I hope so, against the rest, hopefully Moss.

I think so too but just have a feeling he'll be in over Moss

Does anyone know if Moss counts as an import spot for them? I'm guessing not? Moss and Smeltz are pretty aussie.valeo2010-07-19 22:35:06

Think Moss is Aussie enough to not be an import.

Guess we won't hear any fan of his team calling him sh*t anymore on account of gold coast having none..

Really is a good keeper. Did some stunning stuff for us. Hopefully see him get some time and hopefully see him in our first match. my god I can't wait. Judas and Moss returning.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

I hope Moss does well but I wonder if he was made to look better by our crap defence? Might sound weird, but he got a lot of chances to pull off amazing saves - he didn't get many clean sheets.

I don't think he's a bad keeper though and I still think he could succeed at the GCvaleo2010-07-20 00:04:10

Is common knowledge that keepers dont hit their prime until their 30s. His time will come when hes back as a no.1 keeper. Even if it takes another season or two and another transfer to somewhere like Fury, he'll get there. And it wont be too long before hes the first choice between the sticks for the AWs. I get the feeling Pastons winding down his career, internationally at least...

mossey and Smeltz both have aussie citizenship so don't count as imports.

It would be a shame if he was in goal when we put 7 past 'em, although when we did the 6 they made a half time 'keeper swap when we were 1 up.
You know we belong together...

Is it? I'd say it's probably easier for them to stay in their prime for longer once they're on the wrong side of 30.

He should start, unless giggles has became numer 1 which i doubt. Think gold coast will be a very strong side this season
