Oh hi!

Let the football slumber party begin.

Adelaide ahead early.

Yep, the Reds possess the lead in the 'possession derby'.

Second penalty against him in successive games. Now challenging team mate Nigel Boogaard for king of the dumb penalty.
Although to be fair last week's was never a handball.

Adelaide a bit unlucky not to be ahead here.

Some terrible defending from Roar this half. Lost count of the number of times they have coughed up the ball in their own defensive third.

I hope Perth are watching this

I hope they're doing mushrooms.

This is probably one of the few games I have watched this year where I think finally, the ref has got it right!

Looking ominous for Adelaide now - Roar gradually getting on top.

Robbie Slater's answer to everything is to take it across the body.

Shocking defending by Adelaide. Roar 2-1

Couldn't get a clear look at that goal even on replay. Either Berisha was very lucky or it was an own goal.

O'Leary gets a lot of hate on here in the past but he seems to be one of the better ones floating around the A-League. Wish they would give him our games again.

Don't be silly, he has probably reffed to many A league games to get one with us

Awful bit of reffing there at the end for O'Leary to blot his copybook. Why he didn't play advantage with Cirio clear in on goal is a mystery.

Reds only have themselves to blame for losing that one.

Wow, that was rather honest from Malik in the post match interview.

Looked like a fair call for penalty for the Reds from my (screen) angle.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

I thought that 90 mins ago but 2Best said last week that players and coaches don't know the rules. Well after that performance Green knows fuck all about football. That last 5 mins was a disgrace.

Missed it. What was the gist of it?

Said he didn't think that was a penalty on him in the goal mouth scramble at the end and that he made the most of it.

Well done then Mr Malik, you win the Nelson Mandela award for the night.

Picking a Sydney double here, WSW 3-0 and Sydney 2-1

Here we go. Anybody else finding their enthusiasm for the A League slightly undermined by yet another awful Nix season?

Hearts winning 1-0

1-1

Heart did pretty well up until the last 10 minutes or so. Think they'll get rolled in the 2nd half though. Their defensive midfield is as nonexistent as ours.

WSW were awful until they went 1-0 down and they have certainly upped the tempo. Pretty sure they will win this now.

FT 1-1

Good point for Heart. Rode their luck and got away with it. Kewell gave them a lot more composure just when it looked like they would fold.

CCM v Sydney

Great work by the Kiwis: Roux in diving in and robbing the defender inside the Sydney penalty area and McGee a few seconds later sending Rose through with a beautiful ball. Nice finish by McDonkey too.
