Big weekend ahead of us, 4th place City hosting the 1st placed Roar tonight & 2nd placed WSW hosting the 3rd placed Adelaide United.

I think City will pick up the win tonight, 2-1

City penalty & a second yellow for Hingert!

Mooy levels it up, 1-1

Bowles was really lucky there, probably should have been a second yellow for him as well.

Jamie Young really has developed into a good keeper this season, fantastic save to deny Mooy

Any decent links?

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Fitzgerald makes it 3-1!!

Been all City since the Roar score in the first half.

Sydney starting with a 4-4-2 again tonight.

I reckon Sydney 2-0 here

CCM with a shot on target! Something like 1 shot on target in their last 4 games.

Blackwood opens the scoring for Sydney, 0-1. Great run, cuts back inside and slots it from outside the box.

Matt Simon taken from the bench back into the sheds for oxygen after an adverse reaction to a pain killing injection pre-game

Against the run of play, Sydney 2-0 up

Smeltzy 1 goal behind Archie now.

Smeltzy's shot cleared off the line. The old Smeltz would have nailed that

Always thought the Sydney keeper was crap and it showed tonight, 2-2

Not sure what Central Coast were thinking though, 2 goals in the last 5 minutes with Sydney against the ropes and nothing to lose... and then they spent almost all of extra time with players writhing around on the ground 'injured' or just generally wasting time. Disappointing.

how much pain relief are you allowed before it becomes performance enhancing?

big call from Ref in WSW v Reds

E's Flat Ah's Flat Too

Hillarious watching all the Adelaide and WSW players complaining that they didn't get given a free kick. Didn't the ref see that they had gone to ground, meaning that they were entitled to a free kick? Thus they will badger the ref at half time and remind him of how it is supposed to be. Remember Strebe against Adelaide at Hindmarsh?

Went to work with Sydney looking comfortable at 2-0 up, was shocked to see they threw that away. For those that didn't see the equaliser, Janjetovic had a shocker.

Didn't he just sign a new contract? Lol

N/castle 1.0 over Victory but has a player sent off. A shocking decision.

Yeah, that was a poor decision for mine. I'm getting increasingly frustrated by soft fouls and cards in the A League. Been watching a lot more EPL this season and was initially surprised at how much more physical it is, and how the refs will allow much heavier tackles as long as studs aren't showing. I've enjoyed that way the Japanese refs over here at the moment have allowed a lot more physical contact, yet kept good control of the game.

Griffiths-Jones the other night in the MC v Bris game was whistling and handing out cards for perfectly legitimate tackles too. It's nanny state refereeing!

Chorus of booing for MV at the final whistle. Stout stuff from Jets to hold on for a point.

A bit of schadenfreude to see Victory struggling.

Maybe, but as a result Jets pull away from us on the table.

I hoped to catch them, but Sunday's game destroyed that.

Only saw the Novillo incident, I still don't think that it is a penalty.
