Not going to jump to any conclusions because I (obviously) don't know the whole story. But if it turns out to be true then it's an absolute disgrace and he should be banned for more than four months. Let's just hope there's been an epic misunderstanding.

To be fair, if he is found guilty (which has not happened yet...), he is surely likely to spend more than four months in prison.

Its true that girls 13 dress up to look a lot older and many 18 year guys are just kids themselves. I'm sure when I was that age I didnt bother to ask the chick Id picked up her age. (that dosent make it right)
