No doubt about this one - Sydney to win please.

I'll take a draw. Keep Sydney further away from challenging for a playoff spot.

Clearly the most preferred result from a Phoenix point of view is for the Glory to put 12 past Hand Ball Cheats FC, but then be stripped of 20 competition points for salary cap breaches.

However, since that seems unlikely in the extreme, I would prefer a draw.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

Why can't Sydney get a shirt sponsor?  Looks so budget.

I'm very surprised it has taken this long for the sh*tc**t Jacob Burns to get a suspension.

It's his second one - that's 8 yellows now.

Ah. Of course. I was giving him too much credit. Is that a 2 game suspension now? I'm just checking the rules.

EDIT: Yes it is. A bit of a blow for Perth

[QUOTE]
5.3 Further to clause 5.2, unless otherwise specified in the A-League competition rules, a
Player who accumulates the following number of Yellow Cards during the course of
the Regular Season, must serve the following mandatory match suspensions:

(a) from Round 1 to Round 21 of the Regular Season, five (5) Yellow Cards
equates to a one (1) match suspension;
(b) eight (8) Yellow Cards during the Regular Season equates to a two (2) match
suspension. For every three Yellow Cards thereafter, a two (2) match
suspension. (For example, two (2) match suspension for 11 Yellow Cards and
14 Yellow Cards

I've noticed the last few Sydney games. What are the dots/stickers on Nick Carles neck when he is playing?? Anyone noticed? I've seen a couple of other Sydney players with them too

Please no more goals. Don't want Sydney to get huge amounts of confidence but do want them to win.

The Sydney game is 2 weeks away, better if they can get the reds next weekend.

Or get suspended by the MRP for more than the 1 game red card suspension.

Hopefully the beginning of a slide for Perth. Looking at their run in to the finals it's perhaps not as easy as I thought:

H v Jets
H v Roar
A v Adelaide
H v CCM
A v GC
H v Tards

Lots of home games but some tough ones.

Jets and Roar will be tough games. Hoping for a draw in both.

To be honest, I don't think anyone really has an easy run in. Because the competition is very even, on any day almost every team (except GCU) can beat each other.
